Define phone number character limit

Hello there,In the Unbounce form structure, there is only the customization feature for the phone number for generic, north american, United Kingdom, Austrilian. How can I get the phone number to enter a minimum of 10 digits with a special code here? When I try the code below, it accepts below 10 characters, and when I type min instead of max, it does not issue a warning. How should I add a code for the minimum and maximum 10 numbers that need to be entered? Does anyone know? Redirects vs updating the link

I originally built a landing page for our Contact Us form using the smart builder. Over time the way the page has looked has become clunky so I have created a new page, this time in the classic builder as it gave a lot more flexibility.I was hoping it would be an easy switch from one to the other, i.e. simply trasnferring the URL in unbounce to the new page. However i get a warning message saying this URL is already taken when I try to give it to the new page. My challenge is that google has indexed my page and it shows up in our search results. If I set up the new page and put a 301 redirect in I'll lose the indexing that google has done on the link that currently exists. I'll also loose the unique URL which is most descriptive of what I want to link to. Is there any other way around this?

How to add a 3rd party tag as an image background ad

We are trying to add an advertising tag as the full background to a sign in page (see attached Yahoo page with the Dodge Ram truck ad in the background).Here is the page > https://textfree.us/lp-tfw-signup2-background-ad-test1/We’ve added the tags in the Javascript section (header and before end, but it is only showing up in the upper right section of the page.Do anyone know how to add it so that it covers the whole page as the background?

I am currently trying to use Postman to pull data I am needing from my Unbounce account. I have tried to run API for a list of pages from my account id and I am returning 0 pages as my result. I thought because I have a paid account through another company that I may have to query the subaccount pages and I also return those as 0 Anyone have a similar issue?Account queryNumber of pages in my account

Help Needed: Sticky Bar Not Displaying After Following All Steps

Hello Hivemind! I've run into a bit of a hiccup with the Sticky Bar feature.After following all the steps provided in the documentation, clearing the cache, and ensuring everything should be set up correctly, the Sticky Bar is still not making an appearance on the site.Here’s what I’ve done so far:Created the Sticky Bar and customized it as necessary. Checked that the Sticky Bar is published and the URL targeting is configured correctly. Cleared browser cache and cookies. Tried accessing the site from different devices and browsers to rule out client-side caching issues. Verified that there are no settings enabled that might be hiding the Sticky Bar, like scheduling settings. How to deal with VPNs blocking form submissions

In testing a form we have realised that a user with their VPN on could fill out the form but the form contents never appears as a lead in Unbounce. I can see that there are other chat topics relating to landing pages not appearing at all for users inside corporate VPNs.But this appears to  be a worse case, where a lead has landed on the page and believes they have submitted a quote request through the page form but no record is created and they have no way of knowing their request has not been created. Any idea what to do about this? The test user was using StrongVPN.

Landing Page Preview vs. Published

Hello Amazing Unbounce Community, I’m new to the platform so apologize if this is a simple fix, which it does seem simple, however after scouring the community for similar topics I still cannot figure this out.Problem:When I preview my page it looks perfect see below, however after published the header/footer shift to the bottom of the page scrolling down. At first glance it’s a margin issue but I’ve tried every margin option I can find.  Preview Published Linkhttp://theoaisas.ubpages.com/simple-video-1113933/I am literally one step from going live so anyhelp you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  I am still on the trial version, which shouldn’t matter but wanted to throw it out there.  I do not have any custom code on the page

Form Redirect Based on Multiple Dropdown Field Values

I’m trying to redirect the user to different URLs based on the values in two different drop downs. I successfully coded the redirect of field values in one drop down but can’t figure it out with two. I started the redirects by building out the redirects of field_2 before realizing I needed another qualifying question so I added field_1.I changed the values in the example to be super broad and unidentifiable to my business.Basically, if someone says “No” to field_1 regardless of what’s in field_2, I want to send them to URL_4. The same goes for if someone says “Yes” to field_1 but “None of the above” to field_2. Conversion tracking further down funnel

Hey folks, looking for some help on making our Facebook ads more effective. We work in a small geography (~35 mile radius of our hub) but are getting leads from far outside of that range. My guess at this point is it's because some people are sharing our ad, then Facebook is targeting other users in that area due to leads coming in from that share.One thought we had was that we could link our CRM (Pipedrive) to Facebook and start training the algorithm to look for users like those who convert to deals (vs. those who remain leads). Those deals would basically be what we'd call qualified leads.If that sounds like a reasonable path forward, then the "how" becomes what I'm struggling with. We currently use FB ads to direct to an Unbounce landing page, which has a FB pixel on the "thank you" page after they submit contact info. This is what Facebook is currently trying to maximize. Is there a good way to have that tracking further down our funnel by having a lead ID pass through from Facebo

Unbounce Not Collecting and Storing GCLIDs From Form Submissions

Hello Guys,I will attempt to explain this as succinctly as I can, so please bear with me.I have three clients for whom I run Google Ads. All clients use the same Systems and they are as follows: Salesforce (CRM), Call Tracking Metrics (Phone), Google Ads (PPC), and an Unbounce Landing Page tied to their primary campaign.One of the accounts is only a week old and this is the account I am having issue with. Unbounce will not capture the GCLID and append it into the hidden field in my form . When I look in the “Leads” section of the Unbounce Interface page it shows all Value Track Parameters I have added (device, keyword, campaign, matchtype) but does not capture the GCLID. This tells me that these parameters are being adding to the LPURL, so why not the GCLID? I ran a test submission with the text “gclid=gclidtest” added to my LPURL and it did capture that specific GCLID. This tells me the form is capable of capturing that data but for some reason it cannot find it during a real ad click

HiWhen my landing page is viewed on an iPhone using chrome its shows all to the left side - with a large gap on the right hand side. Its fine via desktop and on safari. All text boxes are within the boundaries.  I have logged a support ticket 2 days ago and have not heard back.  Any tricks to stop this?  Thanks

Custom HTML form – CSS not working

Hello, I’m putting together a landing page that has a Custom HTML form in it. When I add a Stylesheet in Unbounce and apply CSS code to the form’s elements, the form still looks the same.  I tested the code separately in Codepen, and it works.I have tried !important and targeting classes/IDs, and nothing works.I tried reaching out to Unbounce Support, and they directed me to reach out to the community instead. My questions are:– Why isn’t CSS working?– How can I work around it and style the HTML form? Thank you in advance for any help.
