Hello Hivemind!

I've run into a bit of a hiccup with the Sticky Bar feature.

After following all the steps provided in the documentation, clearing the cache, and ensuring everything should be set up correctly, the Sticky Bar is still not making an appearance on the site.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • Created the Sticky Bar and customized it as necessary.
  • Checked that the Sticky Bar is published and the URL targeting is configured correctly.
  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  • Tried accessing the site from different devices and browsers to rule out client-side caching issues.
  • Verified that there are no settings enabled that might be hiding the Sticky Bar, like scheduling settings.
  • Despite these troubleshooting steps, the Sticky Bar remains invisible.

I have not tried this yet: Checked for any script conflicts that might prevent the Sticky Bar from loading.

Are there any scripts that could cause these issue?

Before I contact support, I wanted to check in here – has anyone else faced similar issues?

If so, what solutions or workarounds have you discovered?

Any pointers you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

I'm also encountering this issue. Despite following the documentation meticulously and performing all the necessary troubleshooting steps, the Sticky Bar refuses to show up on my site. It's been quite frustrating, especially after ensuring everything from customization to URL targeting is properly configured. Like you, I've cleared caches, checked settings, and even tried accessing the site from different devices and browsers to no avail. I haven't delved into checking for script conflicts yet, though. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?

I'm facing a similar issue. Even after meticulously following the documentation and going through all the troubleshooting steps, I can't get the Sticky Bar to appear on my client This website. It's really frustrating, especially since I've double-checked everything from customization options to URL targeting settings. I've cleared caches, verified settings, and experimented with different devices and browsers, but still no luck. I haven't investigated script conflicts yet. Has anyone else experienced this problem and managed to find a solution?

@tdn

It sounds like you've done a thorough job troubleshooting the Sticky Bar issue. Here are a few additional steps you might consider:

  1. Check for Script Conflicts: As you mentioned, script conflicts can often cause issues with elements not loading correctly. Look through your site's JavaScript for any errors or conflicts that could be affecting the Sticky Bar.

  2. Inspect the Page Source: Use your browser’s developer tools to inspect the page source and see if the Sticky Bar’s code is being loaded. This can help identify if it’s a rendering issue or if the code isn’t loading at all.

  3. Review Console Errors: Open the browser console (F12 or right-click and select "Inspect" > "Console") to see if there are any error messages that might give clues about what’s going wrong.

  4. Check User Permissions and Roles: Ensure that the user roles or permissions settings on your platform aren’t inadvertently hiding the Sticky Bar for certain users.

  5. Verify CSS Settings: Make sure there are no CSS rules that could be inadvertently hiding the Sticky Bar, such as display: none; or visibility: hidden;.

  6. Test in a Staging Environment: If possible, test the Sticky Bar in a staging environment with minimal plugins and scripts to see if it works there. This can help isolate the issue to specific conflicts on your production site.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, reaching out to support with the details of what you've tried so far would be a good next step. They might be able to provide more specific guidance based on your account and setup.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues or found effective solutions? Any additional tips would be greatly appreciated!
