Get improved campaign insights with these reporting enhancements

Hey everyone 👋🏻Over the last few months, we’ve made it easier to optimize your campaigns with three new reporting enhancements in the Unbounce dashboard. Take a look!  1️⃣ Industry BenchmarksFind out how your landing pages stack up against your competitors. This feature analyzes your landing page against the median conversion rate and readability standards for your industry, providing a ranking score (low, medium, high) to identify your best opportunities to improve. It will also provide suggestions on how to improve your pages, such as increasing or decreasing the word count based on industry-specific best practices. You can find this feature in the “All Pages” view of your account, or the “Reporting” tab of your landing pages. Check out this article for more info! 2️⃣ Audience InsightsAnalyze page performance for specific audience characteristics using Smart Traffic. This feature compares your traffic, conversions, and conversion rates across three visitor attributes: Device type—mobile or desktop Location—country or state/province Operating system—Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, etc. To inform your next experiment, you can also use the “Active Variants” section to compare these attributes per variant. Audience Insights requires Smart Traffic enabled on your pages, and you’ll find this information in the “Reporting” tab of your landing page. For more information, take a look at this helpful article.Watch and learn more about these two powerful features in this 3-minute video from our Product Marketing team:  3️⃣ Conversion Chart ExportExport your conversion data straight from your dashboard with one click. You can dive deep into your campaign’s performance or share trends in a presentation by exporting your conversion rate chart as a CSV or PNG file. From your page overview, customize the information you’d like to include:   Conversion rate—choose a daily rate or rolling average Date range—choose a preset range or custom range Pages—choose your overall conversion rate or for specific variants Once customized, hit the “Export Chart” button to download your preferred format. Required updates for WordPress and proxy domain connections

Hey everyone, TLDR: We’re making some security upgrades that require changes for customers using WordPress domain connections and proxy domain connections to keep your pages working. If you’re using the Unbounce WordPress domain plug-in, you must log in to WordPress and update your Unbounce plug-in before January 31st, 2024.   If you’re using a proxy domain connection, you must update your proxy settings by January 31st, 2024 to keep your Unbounce pages working.  We are making Unbounce landing pages more resilient to potential cyberattacks. If your landing pages are targeted in an attack, these changes will help us keep your pages online and keep your campaigns running smoothly—without interruption. WordPress domain connection updatesWe have detected a small subset of WordPress connections that require an update to be compatible with the planned security changes. If you’re using the Unbounce plug-in in WordPress please update to version 1.1.2 as soon as possible. Here are the instructions: Log in to your WordPress dashboard Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins You’ll see an ‘update available’ notice for your Unbounce plug-in Hit ‘update now’ Next, go to ‘Unbounce Pages’ in your WordPress dashboard Hit ‘Update WordPress Enabled Domains’ Note: You will need to perform steps 5 and 6 even if you have automatic updates turned on for the plug-in. Without updating your Unbounce plug-in, any Unbounce pages published to WordPress domains will stop working on January 31st, 2024. This update should only take a few minutes, and we recommend enabling auto-updates for changes we make in the future.Proxy domain connection updatesAdditionally, if you have another Unbounce custom domain that is not connected via WordPress, CNAME, or automatically from within Unbounce and is instead using a proxy or reverse proxy, you’ll need to make changes to keep your proxy working: We recommend reconnecting your custom domain using our WordPress plug-in, a CNAME record, or an automatic connection.  While we don’t officially support connecting your custom domain via a proxy or reverse proxy, we understand that some customers prefer it. Please contact us about the changes you need to make to continue using a proxy or reverse proxy approach.  Note: Without updating your proxy settings, your Unbounce pages published to a proxied domain will stop working on January 31st, 2024.Here’s to keeping your pages safe and sound.
