We know how important it is for your campaigns to be uninterrupted, that’s why Unbounce has consistently maintained a high standard for platform uptime. And while technical incidents are rare, we want to make it easy to keep you informed about incidents that may impact your experience using the platform.

To keep users up-to-date, we have automatically subscribed all account owners on paid plans to the Unbounce Status page. This page highlights operational uptime for the Unbounce web application, blog, page servers, and other key systems.

We will send email updates to account owners only for incidents that may require action, such as pausing a campaign due to the risk of a page outage.
