Dear all

I have a problem wiht snapchat pixel, i added it correctly to my landing page, but i have a problem wiht passing email info to the event manager.

the event quality score is down because susbcriber emails info are not passed throuh the event.

 

here is the pixel code in my thankyou page

 

and this is what i get when checking the pixel via pixel helper

 

can any one help solving this issue?

 

Hi @fiynda, 

Your issue might be related to when the script is fired and when the form submit event occurs.

Best to reach out to Snapchat support and they should be able to help you figure it out.
