Cookie Duration for Popup triggers?

Hello! We are using Unbounce on our site for Popups, the script is installed via GTM. I am trying to figure out how long the cookie duration is for the trigger frequency. For example, if we have a popup that is triggered after a delay of 10 seconds with frequency ‘Show once per visitor’ - how long is that visitor cookied before they would be considered a new visitor and trigger the overlay again?

Form in lightbox, results in main window - How?

I am moving a form from in-page to a lightbox. The form is just a standard Unbounce form, it’s not embedded from a third party site or anything. This has introduced a problem, when the form is submitted, it loads the resulting thank you page IN the lightbox, and I’d like it to load in the whole window. This is how it behaved when the form was in the main body of the page.I have the form set to go to a URL, and append the form data, and I have it targeted to the parent frame, but it still loads the thank you page in the lightbox. What am I doing wrong?

Automatically adding a +1 to the phone field for enhanced conversions in Google Ads

Hi all. I’ve set up enhance conversions to pass email & phone data to Google Ads, hashed.  The one issue is that there needs to be a country code added to the phone number. Most people do not include the +1 (US) when completing the form. Is there a way for me to do this or have it included from the beginning? All help is appreciated! Thank you

Form Condition Redirect

I’m working on adding a custom script so that depending on teh selection in a dropdown menu, the form directs to different websites. Here is what I have so far…..my drop down form field is titled a2 . . . .do I put $(“a2”).on….. in the script below? Wgat do I put for the “case” options? The actual selection? Unbounce Click URL being modified

I am running an affiliate offer on Facebook ads with a URL Parameter/subid that directs to an Unbounce Landing page. The click to action button on the Unbounce page goes to an affiliate link with the “pass through URL parameters” enabled. I then have a 3rd party tracker WeCanTrack script on the page that appends a unique clickID to the URL for each session. My problem is that the clickID is not passing over once the user clicks on the CTA button. 3rd party support is blaming Unbounce’s functionality and stating that they are seeing Unbounce modifying the click URL in the CTA button (Looks like CSS or some type of  button styling in the URL). Limitations of Free Account (Not Free Trial)

Hi, I’m currently exploring the Free version (NOT Free Trial).It allows me to create pages, set urls using default unbounce url http://unbouncepages.com/my-custom-page.I can create variants and switch between them. It shows that with this plan there is limit of 200 Traffic. I’m creating a demo page but the publish button is disabled. So how am I expected to have traffic or test if it won’t allow to publish a page?Can someone please clarify?Best Regards,Muhammad

Include in reporting users who reject cookie consent ?

Hello hello!I get some conflicting messaging on this from Unbounce documentation, so here it goes. Are users who reject some cookies from the consent banner included in the reporting of an AB test? You would expect that they wouldn’t, since UB can’t guarantee that they will be seeing the same variant etc but i read this in the FAQ’s. It would be great if someone can clarify! How does consent impact Unbounce reporting? For example, if a visitor rejects or accepts consent?For example, if your visitors reject the consistency cookie, the returning visitor will not see the same variant if they return to your page. Or rejecting the statistics means that counts for visitors and conversions will continue to increment, even for returning visitors

Smart Builder Discontinued?

I just signed up for Unbounce… mostly because of things I’ve read about Smart Builder.  When I try to create a new lading page I don’t see an option for Smart Builder so I contacted support and they said they are no longer offering it to anyone who signed up after April 10th.What is going on?  Are they discontinuing it?

Form not working on mobile

Hello -I have a form on this page: https://pages.nextiva.com/top-five-use-cases-for-ai-enablement-in-your-contact-center/ that’s not working on mobile. On Apple mobile devices, I can’t enter anything in the first name field. On Android devices, it’s not possible to enter information into ANY field. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?TIA!ETA: I fixed it. It was a text box covering the form on mobile. Doh!

Form email change - how do I do this?

Hi All,So this might seem obvious but I can’t figure it out. I have an email address I’d like the form submission to be sent to. Its the same url that my unbounce page will be hosted on.How do I update the email address so that when someone fills out the form on my unbounce page it gets sent through to that email? The email address I have my unbounce account with is different.Thanks.

Have not received verification email or response from customer support.

Yesterday I signed up for a plan with Unbounce.  I received a message that I would receive a verification email, which did not arrive. I requested the verification email to be sent multiple times.  No response.  I completed the customer support form.  No response. This is not giving me any confidence that I should build a landing page and use the Unbounce platform if there is no response and I can’t even sign up properly.  I will be interested to see if my AMEX card was billed.

Inflated Conversion Tracking: More Conversions than Visitors

Hi. Several landers I use have started recording more conversions than visitors, giving me conversion rates that are more than 100%. This has only been happening this year, which makes me think that it has something to do with the external conversion tracking update my team did at the end of 2023. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s happening to landers with signup forms, but it also happens on landers where we are only tracking clicks.

Can I change the redirect URI on a registered OAuth app?

Hello everyone. I have an existing OAuth integration with Unbounce, so I have the client ID and client secret already. Due to some rearchitecting, we need to change the redirect URI to a new location. Is there a way to do this without registering a new app? I could not find anything listed in the docs, and the original developer that built this integration hasn’t been with the company in years, so if there’s a management portal to log in to, we don’t have access to those credentials.Thank you!

Stripe integration on classic pages

Is anyone familiar with natively integrating Stripe on classic pages? So when one clicks a button to buy, a popup appears and is linked to Stripe? I’m familiar with stripe hosted checkout pages and that's not what I’m looking for.

Trying to add a border on edge of desktop.

This landing page branding (not ours) has been giving us issues. I want to add this png border to the edge of the page. I can extend it all the way there even if it’s out of bounds but it usually snaps back to no longer being on the edge. Any solutions out there? Something that’s pretty clear that I am missing?  Note: that this currently isn’t a part of our background image.

Improve Page speed on my landing page

https://go.aegis-hedging.com/commodity-trading-and-risk-management-software/ Mobile is reporting back at 64. and 82 for desktop. I have Growform integrated as the main form but that seems to be fast when I test it.How do I remove other third-party code of extra code that doesn’t need to be there? What about changing fonts?Any help or instructions are appreciated! (not a developer)

Unbounce Form is firing gtm.formSubmit twice

I have a landing page that is firing to dl push events for gtm.formSubmit.  (Not confusing this with standard form submit and gtm.formSubmit as two events).If anyone knows what could be causing this, please let me know.I saw another question on this here, but no stated reason:

Modal height based on form height

We are using a modal to display a form but the modal cuts off part of the form.  We’re looking to set the height based on the form instead of trying to manually set the modal height.Any help is appreciated.
