Yesterday I signed up for a plan with Unbounce.  I received a message that I would receive a verification email, which did not arrive. I requested the verification email to be sent multiple times.  No response.  I completed the customer support form.  No response. This is not giving me any confidence that I should build a landing page and use the Unbounce platform if there is no response and I can’t even sign up properly.  I will be interested to see if my AMEX card was billed.

I’ve had a look and it looks like one of our team members responded to you just recently with an update on your support ticket, and it’s looking like you might have been able to verify your account in the meantime.

However, if you are still having troubles it is best to reply directly on that ticket back to support 🙂 Also, your AMEX won’t be charged until your free trial period has ended 🙌
