Google Font Help

Hi, This looks like one of two things: Either you inserted a script which clashes with parts of Unbounces font handling OR there’s a bug somewhere in the builder. To troubleshoot whilst waiting for another answer I would: Copy the page and check if the new one had the same error. If yes, I would disable all scripts to see if that solved it. If yes, I would then turn them on again one by one. If no, I would create a blank new page, insert an element and see if that had the same error. Hope you resolve it Andreas Obel

Hi Juan, A quick few notes before I have to run into a meeting, in no particular order: You’re using tons of different fonts, font sizes, font styles etc. so I have absolutely no idea which parts of your page is important and which is just information I can skip. The result is, that I simply skip everything because I’m “too lazy” to read everything when I’ve just browsed 2 other websites in the same niche. Would choose 1-2 fonts, cut out all the fluff I could from the text and use bold and size to direct the user towards the important sections. The header picture is a stock photo I’ve seen on a lot of other sites and it instantly makes me question if I’m on an outdated page. Get a picture of you teaching in a setting or another stock-photo which doesn’t look like one. You use 3 different style of icons so there’s no red line between the sections and I just assume that it’s different content. Choose one style, or some that are in the same “family” so I don’t have to find out what

Hi @claudias Create an e-mailgroup in Office/Google with all your colleagues who wants the info and name it something you can relate to, fx.: dailystats@domain.com Go to Analytics and create a custom report with amount of visitors and amount of completed goals for the previous day. Open the custom report and choose share in the top right. Add dailystats@domain.com as the recipient, set frequency to daily and choose 12 months under advanced options. Happy colleagues. A fix for anyone running into this: It’s using a jQuery version from 1846, so it’s taking ages to execute compared to everything else. Adding a 500ms setTimeout fixed the issued.

Landing page feedback please - Charity Landing Page

Hi Luke, Great cause! Some thoughts regarding the page below: (Note: Writing this after I finished everything below. Thanks for what you do guys. If you need any further help or commenting after, feel free to reach out to me.) Overall: Would remove the top navigation. This way you direct the attention to your goal, and I don’t have to spend a lot of energy on trying to find out where to look. There’s a lot of links leading away from the page. I would evaluate whether they are needed, and if they are then have them open in a new tab. I’m a bit confused as to which CTA you would like as your primary. The top is asking for referrals, but there’s 3 sections devoted to Donations. My advice here is to choose 1, and stick with that as your primary both in the header and along the page, then “dipping” into the other two rather than giving them prominent displays. Copy: There is a lot of text on this page, and a lot could be removed or minimized since they essentially say the same. Fo

Hi Anunidhi, This isn’t really a landingpage I would launch. My advice would be to take some of the advertising budget and spend them on a designer, maybe a Fiverr or the like. Just to create a mock-up you can work from. If not, then here are a few overall thoughts: I would utilize more whitespace, everything is very crammed and makes it difficult to get an easy overview. Would change all the text from features to benefits, for example: "LEADING JEE AND NEET ENTRANCE COACHING PROVIDER OF INDIA" changed into "LEARN JEE AND NEET FROM INDIAS TOP COACHES". In essence, what do I get out of signing up with you guys rather than your competitor? Get rid of all the stock-photos you can, and get some real shots. If not possible, try and use photos that you don’t see on all other sites. Use only 1 phone number. Instead of people having to guess which one is the correct, tell them. Your websites footer says 2017, it makes me think this is an outdated page and will instantly make me move

Empty space after a text box visible only on published version

Hi Agne, It looks fine here, no gap! But what can sometimes happen is, that whilst editing the text, you have a few linebreaks only visible in the source of the text field. If you click to highlight the textfield and then click source in the bottom left, check to see if there’s any empty linebreaks, paragraphs or headers. Hope it works! Andreas Obel

Connecting my landinpage to an excel file

A quick thought: I would add a second layer, some sort of pass they have to fill out so they can’t stumble upon eachothers prices. Imagine a person putting in the wrong details and seeing the same things he bought for the last few months, but at half price ;).

Hi pperez, There are multiple ways, these are just a few. I personally think that number 2 might be most suitable to your situation. Check in Analytics which landingpage they saw or what the previous page was. Use a hidden field in Unbounce and simply pass that along whereever you send your leads: Pass UTM_parameters from source. What do you think about my landing page?

Hello again, Keep in mind that everything below is biased on what I personally think would work and no matter what, nothing can be deemed as “better” unless the data shows it. The best conversion tip I could ever give to someone with a lot to test and limited time: Use the Pareto Principle. There’s A LOT of testing options on this page, so I would sit down and create an Excel spreadsheet where they are all ranked in terms of potential impact, time to create the graphics/changes, cost etc. and then test the quick wins first. This is a great example of local knowledge being superior. In this case, I would see how much the 10% make of the total. If the jobs in one of the two areas are worth far more, I would isolate it to ramp up traffic to that area. If not that, then the only other scenario where I would test, would be if the 10% make up a large amount. I.e. you have 1000 jobs, and 100 of those are from that specific area. Hello NZSurveys, From the mind of a freshly caffeinated Dane: General: Being a fan of short landingpages, the lenght of the page works for me, but there is a lo* of text on a very small amount of landingpage. So I would either add one more section to make room for it, or remove some of the text. Go with just 1 phonenumber. If I, as a prospect, have to choose between “mobile” and “phone” then I automatically assume that one might not be answered, and I now have to determine which to call. Remove the friction easily though, by just removing one of them. (If it’s because one might not be answered, set up call forwarding with your phone company). The background picture has pros and cons. He is looking at the contactform, and multiple studies show that humans tend to look where others look. He is also clearly wearing the logo which shows me that this is a representative. The cons however are simply 2: He is squinting, probably at the light from the suns reflection, but that carries a

Hello John, A few thoughts: One thing that keeps showing up in my mind: Chaos. From what I can read, it seems like you are an extremely talented man who can genuinely help businesses and leaders, but the design triggers my scepticism and makes me think that it’s a scheme because such a" successful man would have a professional designer to help him." It would be a GREAT investment to have a professional designer re-structure the elements. The bouncing arrow above the fold is almost invisible among all the elements, and nothing is directing my eye so I have no idea where to look. It’s also an extremely small clickable field. Make the clickable section larger and easier to see. On such a long page, it would make sense to add another CTA at around the middle. There are way too many fonts / font sizes / font colors for me to know where to focus. As I scroll down I’m bombarded with walls of texts in different styles and nothing “stands out” so I just keep scrolling. It would help a lot

Thank you very much guys, appreciate all the feedback! Joe_Savitch Have added smooth scrolling and will test it over the next few weeks to see what happens. The form first video I will watch today and implement some tests to see what happens, along with the square button Thank you for the link to the from first design video! (Insert virtual highfive!) digibomb The particular page linked has been running for a few months. We are currently testing 4 different versions with a 25% split, one of the ones here (the one with the different design) is performing significantly lower than the others so will give it a bit more time and then discard to test a new page with some of the information gathered from you guys. We are running PPC & Display across the most common PPC channels plus some industry specific pages. Can’t really share too much since this is public 🙂. leah.ann Reversing everything is an excellent idea for a test, will put that into effect asap and see what happens
