Not showing well on iphones using chrome

HiWhen my landing page is viewed on an iPhone using chrome its shows all to the left side - with a large gap on the right hand side. Its fine via desktop and on safari. All text boxes are within the boundaries.  I have logged a support ticket 2 days ago and have not heard back.  Any tricks to stop this?  Thanks

Custom HTML form – CSS not working

Hello, I’m putting together a landing page that has a Custom HTML form in it. When I add a Stylesheet in Unbounce and apply CSS code to the form’s elements, the form still looks the same.  I tested the code separately in Codepen, and it works.I have tried !important and targeting classes/IDs, and nothing works.I tried reaching out to Unbounce Support, and they directed me to reach out to the community instead. My questions are:– Why isn’t CSS working?– How can I work around it and style the HTML form? Thank you in advance for any help.

Need Help: Unbounce Forms are getting attacked by spam bots

Hi there.We built a sort of microsite using the classic Unbounce landing builder. On the pages, we’ve included a form for prospective homebuyers to get more information. Because we are using the pages for marketing, we have them being indexed. But recently, the form submissions have been primarily spam. I’ve seen  all of the past post about Unbounce not having a reCaptcha feature for the form builder but there doesn’t seem to be a definitive answer to how to add a reCaptcha.Does anyone have a good solution for reducing or eliminating spam submissions?thanks

Unbounce Click URL being modified

I am running an affiliate offer on Facebook ads with a URL Parameter/subid that directs to an Unbounce Landing page. The click to action button on the Unbounce page goes to an affiliate link with the “pass through URL parameters” enabled. I then have a 3rd party tracker WeCanTrack script on the page that appends a unique clickID to the URL for each session. My problem is that the clickID is not passing over once the user clicks on the CTA button. 3rd party support is blaming Unbounce’s functionality and stating that they are seeing Unbounce modifying the click URL in the CTA button (Looks like CSS or some type of  button styling in the URL). One Section not Updating W/ Custom CSS Font

I have created a style sheet to change the entire page’s font to a specific font. I first tried Unbounce’s recommended script to reference the font, font family and apply to entire page. Doing so works for the entire page except one specific section…They are all heading 4 types and are somehow unaffected by directly adding them into the CSS and referencing by the ID one by one or the Z-index one by one. I have also added the code to change h4 elements too. Lastly, I changed the heading types to Heading 3 which are elsewhere on the page changing appropriately. Still nothingIs there anything else I could try?

Pages going to wrong link

A client of mine had us set up landing pages about a year ago for his Google Ads. This work perfectly until we recently launched a new website for this client. When the site went live, all of the unbounce links now go to pages on the new website that are broken pages. Even when in the landing page editor when I click on the link, the pages still go out to a page on the new website. What do I need to change/update in order to get the links working properly again?

Option to Set Radio/Checkboxes in Separate Columns for Desktop and Mobile?

I’d like to suggest adding an option to set radio buttons and checkboxes in separate columns for desktop and mobile layouts. Currently, if you adjust the layout to display in one column on mobile, it also affects the desktop layout, forcing it into a single column. To maintain different layouts, extra CSS is required, which adds unnecessary complexity. It would be great if there was a built-in way to handle this, allowing for set columns independently on desktop and mobile without additional CSS.

Meta title not displaying properly

Hello! I’m sure there’s something obvious here that I’m missing, but since I can’t seem to figure it out, the best I can do is ask in case anyone has got the same issue.So, long story short: I’m editing some landing pages, and *some* of them won’t display the proper meta title, despite it being properly written on the box. It just displays the URL of the site.If it didn’t work in any of them I’d understand, but I’ve only found this issue in some of the pages I’ve made.I’m adding a picture of the title I want to show up, and one of the title it actually shows up. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Drop-down menu from the pop-up form doesn't show up when I click

When I click on the dropdown field, it doesn’t work. The other fields work perfectly fine, and also I noticed that the background color of the dropdown field is different. From what I tested, I need to refresh the page and when I click on the dropdown field the menu appears.Additionally, I noticed this problem only occurs on the desktop version; it works fine on the mobile view.I didn’t insert any additional CSS or JavaScript code; it’s just the basic form. Does anyone know why this happens?

Is there a way to only display a popup when a specific element is shown on the (non-Unbounce) web page?

I want to display a popup on my shop page only when it enters an empty state. The empty state has the same URL as the normal shop page. We do not use classes on our website but there is a background image within the empty state that has a unique source URL. Is there a way to create a script that would make it so the popup would only trigger when it detects that URL? I have tried talking to my dev team (and also Chat GPT) but have not been able to get a solution. Is this even possible to do?

External conversion tracking, different domain

I’ve seen some historical posts on this, but they are quite old.Here is my scenario. Unbounce page is on url sub.domain.com. On this, I have a pop up where I collect name & email address. Then when the user clicks the button, they are forwarded to sub.differentdomain.comI have this, because my current set up of kajabi won’t allow me to have multiple domains. Is there any way for me to feed sales back to Unbounce so that I can track sales in unbounce and easily correlate the sales back to the landing page on unbounce, that way we can optimize how the smart traffic works. If not, it appears I’d just go with some standard A/B testing and do that conversion myself.The reason I need this is that I currently have a sign up button buried in the page after my sales letter. I like this, because it helps qualify the lead (so to say). However, I want to test a sign up button at the top of the page and see if that increases conversions. Right now, the only way to really do this would be to tra

Setting up Subdomain for a client...

We are trying to setup unbounce on a subdomain for our client. We are following the normal domain/cname instructions but so far it is not working.When we add the cname record to the subdomain it shows up in DNS tools as follows. I am no DNS expert, but I hope the cname provided by unbounce is also working with subdomains too (client’s name/domain blacked out for NDA reasons):When we visit the subdomain URL we get the following error: From what I have found it seems like this issue is caused by the subdomains needing an SSL certificate. However we don’t want to approach the client with this request unless it’s certain. How can we be certain of what steps to take in order to resolve this? This is the closest information I found: However I want to be sure as any false request to the client will have a negative perception for our team.My questions/request to them would be:1. Our hypothesis is that the subdomains do not currently have an SSL cert causing unbounce’s cloudflare to block traff

I added an accordion to my page with html, it works in preview, but when I publish it the links apply to things where they shouldn't

Custom HTML Widget Cutting Off

Hello, I have a landing page that contains a third party “comments” widget. This is in a custom html container in Unbounce to display user comments on the page. But more than a few comments and it cuts-off and never shows scroll bars. It looks like the widget's container has a fixed height with “overflow” hidden, which is why the widget cuts off without the scroll. To the right of the highlighted line indicates where overflow is marked, “hidden.” Can anyone assist with this or point me in the right direction? Thank you for any info or answers!

Limitations of Free Account (Not Free Trial)

Hi, I’m currently exploring the Free version (NOT Free Trial).It allows me to create pages, set urls using default unbounce url http://unbouncepages.com/my-custom-page.I can create variants and switch between them. It shows that with this plan there is limit of 200 Traffic. I’m creating a demo page but the publish button is disabled. So how am I expected to have traffic or test if it won’t allow to publish a page?Can someone please clarify?Best Regards,Muhammad
