Need Help with Conversion Tracking for Popup Forms

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with conversion tracking on our landing page, and I could really use your help.We have two lead forms: Main Contact Form: This is working perfectly, and conversions are being tracked in Google Ads. Popup Forms: These forms are collecting leads, but unfortunately, the conversions aren't showing up in Google Ads. I've already tried setting this up in Google Tag Manager, but it still isn't working. If anyone has experience with this or knows how to fix it, I'd appreciate your quick assistance!Thanks in advance!

How do I add "Skip to Content" to landing pages?

Hello! I am trying to make my landing pages ADA compliant. One of the requirements is to add “Skip to Content” on the landing pages to allow screen readers to bypass navigation and reach the main content. Has anyone figured out how to do this on Unbounce? Thank you!

Form Validation Error Message Placement

Is there an easy way to control the placement of error messages?  Like placing it above inputs vs below inputs? I am looking for a way to do this for all inputs if a form exists on a page or a specific input element based on id. I am running into an issue where the messages cover my drop down. I can’t find any information on what styling and what the html structure is like for how Unbounce applies validation messages. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regex to validate that a lead has submitted both an actual email address and also that said email address is a work email

I only want users to be able to submit business email addresses but also validate their email addresses to prevent an invalid email address from being submitted.  I was given the regex ^(?![^@\s]+@(gmail|yahoo|hotmail)\.com$)[^@\s]+@[^@\s]+\.[a-zA-Z]{2,}$ to add as a custom field but this seems to have stopped working. Can anyone help with another regex suggestion?

UPDATE COUNTRIES IN THE FORM

Me and my team have noticed that these countries are missing in the default COUNTRY DROP-DOWN so we want to know if the Unbounce team could add them. South Sudan, Palestina e Kosovo.  When we collect leads we need these countries so is very important to make the appear in the list. Thank you.

Form in lightbox, results in main window - How?

I am moving a form from in-page to a lightbox. The form is just a standard Unbounce form, it’s not embedded from a third party site or anything. This has introduced a problem, when the form is submitted, it loads the resulting thank you page IN the lightbox, and I’d like it to load in the whole window. This is how it behaved when the form was in the main body of the page.I have the form set to go to a URL, and append the form data, and I have it targeted to the parent frame, but it still loads the thank you page in the lightbox. What am I doing wrong?

Passing consent status from unbounce to main domain after redirect

Hello, After someone has filled in the form on my landing page in Unbounce they get redirected to my main domain, which is a wordpress website with Cookiebot as my CMP.Upon entering my main domain they get the pop up from Cookiebot again even though in some cases, they have already set their consent choices on my Unbounce landing page.I want to, if possible pass on any made consent choices on Unbounce to my main domain and thus resulting in the Cookiebot pop up not showing if they’ve already set their consent on the landing page.So far, i’ve tried a couple of things myself with the custom scripts and some Google but couldnt get it to work. Does anyone have a easy solution for this that can help me?Thanks.

How to deal with VPNs blocking form submissions

In testing a form we have realised that a user with their VPN on could fill out the form but the form contents never appears as a lead in Unbounce. I can see that there are other chat topics relating to landing pages not appearing at all for users inside corporate VPNs.But this appears to  be a worse case, where a lead has landed on the page and believes they have submitted a quote request through the page form but no record is created and they have no way of knowing their request has not been created. Any idea what to do about this? The test user was using StrongVPN.

Close the dialog and try again."This happens with all my pages and I have tried many many times. Would Cloudflare Argo improve my Unbounce page speed?

Hi, in my search for faster speeds I came across these packages from Cloudflare. At $10/month I could afford that if it made a genuine difference. Does anyone have any experience of this recently? My concern is that I had a lot of trouble getting my domain, which is hosted at Cloudflare, to work with Unbounce. It only worked by removing their proxy feature. Is this service even usable for Unbounce? Thanks for any help you can offer.Steve

Can I get form field submission errors to show only once, then lets users proceed regardless?

My GoalI want to validate an email field in Unbounce so that:Users are prompted to enter a work email address (e.g., no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). An error message appears on the first invalid submission. Users can proceed with any email after being prompted once.What I’ve TriedCustom Validation Field Only: I added regex in the Custom Validation field to block specific domains. This successfully validated emails but prevented users from proceeding after being prompted once because the regex strictly enforced validation. JavaScript Only: I left the Custom Validation field empty and relied entirely on JavaScript. I added logic to dynamically validate emails, show an error message, and allow submission after the first invalid attempt. However, the form still submitted on the first invalid attempt, even with event.preventDefault(). Combination of Both: I used the Custom Validation field for regex validation and JavaScript for dynamic behavior. This caused conflicts, with the custom validat

UTMs Not Populating Into Unbounce Lead Sheet

I have consistently had an issue where my utm information will randomly stop populating into my Unbounce lead sheet (and no, these are not phone call leads). I know the utms are there because they populate into Google, but the lead sheet shows no sign of them anywhere. My account managers keep asking for a fix, but I can’t seem to find a solution for this anywhere. Not sure if it’s an Unbounce issue or a Google issue. If anyone else has experienced this and has a fix, please weight in!

How are agencies using Unbounce for clients?

We have an Unbounce legacy account in which we were able to add new clients and domains for an additional monthly fee. We paused our landing page offer a few years back.We are reintroducing this service and this option is no longer available via the new plans and we have to upgrade.Typically how are other agencies working with Unbounce and clients?Do you get clients to create their own Unbounce account? Or can you add more domains for a fee?

Page speed | next level

Hi I’m hoping to reduce my page speed as much as is humanly possible. I’m doing all (most?) of the basics like using small image files, not numerous fonts etc. I know Unbounce also does a fair bit in the background re page speed. But are there any things I could be doing to give it an extra speed boost? Can I do anything special with my domain hosting for example? Or is there a service I can sign up to that takes the page speed to the highest level? FYI I’m using Unbounce, with a single imported Google Font, and I have an embedded form by LeadsHook.Thanks for any help folks!Steve

Assigning values to drop downs in forms

I have several form fields that use simple drop downs. My server is looking for responses that are different from than say plain text from the drop downs. I need to be able to have my (for example) values be 0-5 for the 5 possible selections - not the plain text in the selector. Possible?
