I'm having the same issue, and the Unbounce support team isn't responding. When I try to download the landing page file, it says the email was sent, but I haven't gotten it, not even in the spam folder. My coworkers are having the same problem too.

I understand that there was an issue with downloading pages, but that this has now been fixed. Please let me know if you still can’t download your pages.
