Ubpv cookie disappears after successful click through goal

I’m trying to use the ubpv cookie to register a lead using php. The cookie shows up on the unbounce landing page, but disappears when I browse to my regular site, though the ubvt cookie stays. The permissions are all correct and I should be able to access it from the main domain as the path for the cookie is /. Does anyone know why this happens? I’m trying to keep track of my variants, but I only have one champion variant active. I can’t find any documentation about the technical details of this cookie.

API Data Missing

Hello, I’m trying to use the /subaccounts/{id}/pages end point to query the status of my various landing page tests. However, it would seem that the variants_count field is always equal to zero. The same is true for conversion_rate_delta when using the with_stats option. Is this accurate? Is that data just missing? If so, is there any way to get that bug fixed?

Missing form fills in API Leads call

Hello, Could you help or point me in the right direction with an API question/issue? In a nutshell, we’re calling the unbounce API successfully via curl like below. However, for a particular advertiser the form fill results stop at Feb 14, 2018 (50 leads) and we know they have newer leads that aren’t being returned by the API. curl -u “XXXXXXXXXXXXX:” -X GET “https://api.unbounce.com/pages/620e1dc1-7bb9-4cb4-956e-e86fed9cb39d/leads?secure=true?limit=1000” >> leads.json I tried adding a header with a version to the API call but it returns the same data. curl -u " XXXXXXXXXXXXX:" -H “Accept: application/vnd.unbounce.api.v0.3+json” -X GET “https://api.unbounce.com/pages/620e1dc1-7bb9-4cb4-956e-e86fed9cb39d/leads?secure=true?limit=1000” > leads2.json Regards, Paul

Repeated Form Fields in the payload

We have an integration for unbounce, one of our customer’s /pages/<page_id>/fom_fields endpoint, return repeated set of same form fields , with same ids, which is causing an issue while mapping fields during webhook creation, as the /pages/<page_id>/integrations/<integration_id>/field_map , returns a 400 due to repeated field ids, can you please suggest a solution to this issue, and also let us know why this is happening , so that we can inform our customers to avoid it in future. Pulling Variant Data via API

I’d like to be able to monitor the progress the different variants in my various pages. My goal is to know when a landing page test reaches statistical validity and then save that data. Using the API, I can pull the page’s high level stats but not the individual variants’. Is there a way this can be accessed?

Constant Gateways Timeout

Hello Unbounce i wanted to know why am i getting contant gateway timouts on my api request. I already imagine that this must be because of the number of leads. i just want to extract leads from my unbounce page.

Setting up link to API from PHP page to credit a conversion to a landing page and variant

I have API access. I have created the API key. I know how to retrieve the page id, page variant, and visitor ID. I know that I need to trigger a new Lead creation in Unbounce via the API with conversion = true. But I am finding the API instructions at https://api.unbounce.com/doc/leads?co… not detailed enough. How do I tell my php to open a connection to my API? Do I need to include my new API key? If so, where do I put it (code example please). How do I send a new lead creation request with conversion = true and the relevant page ID, variant, and visitor ID (code example please) . Many thanks, Axel

API timeout

Adding to in page shopping cart

Hi there! I’m sure I’m missing something… but can someone help me pinpoint why I am unable to get this page to populate the “Added to” message and reload the same page? https://precision.leica-geosystems.com/shop-leica-disto Note: If you’re looking at this, use a disto other than S910. I’m playing with that one. Edited to add: With the current page design, is there a way to duplicate this functionality with a lightbox while still adding to cart? API Get Leads missing Integration data

In the UI we can see the integration details for a specific lead. In the Lead JSON through the API these details are missing. Is there a way to get the Hubspot ID for a particular lead via the API? Thanks, Glenn

"Something bad happened." error on GET /leads endpoint

Hi! I’m using endpoint GET https://api.unbounce.com/pages/:page_id/leads and it returns “Something bad happened.” string, but only if I pass a sort_order=desc parameter to it. Works fine if I omit sort_order parameter or pass any other value. Is there any workaround or is it a bug?

[FIXED] API Bug: Currently Leads Containing Emojis Cannot be submitted via POST to the Unbounce API

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Emojis will now be stripped from leads submitted via POST to the API endpoint. We are currently experiencing an issue with the API and submitting leads via POST that contain emojis. If a lead is sent via POST to the Unbounce API and there is an emoji character contained in any of the fields the lead will not make it through to our database. Unfortunately leads that are lost due to this issue cannot be recovered. We are currently working on a fix for this bug and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. For the time being emoji characters cannot be submitted via the Unbounce API. Apologies for an inconvenience.

Page Data Beyond 30 Days

Hi Unbounce community, Our dev team has been able to use the Unbounce API to download page data, e.g. name, visits, conversions, etc. up to the present day. What we’d like to do next is download page data between a date range that is older than 30 days. This is so we can better track the performance of a page over a longer period of time. Essentially, we’d like the same thing as the Traffic Reports feature (http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/203510264#content5) but per page and with a custom date range. Looking at this page: https://developer.unbounce.com/api_reference/#id_sub_accounts__sub_account_id__page_groups there is an option for a ‘from’ and ‘to’ string, but this only pulls the pages created between the specified date range - not the data itself. Any help with this would be appreciated - thanks! P

Lead data ( IP address and Desktop vs mobile)

Hi there, Can you capture lead data (mainly IP address) without using a form? Right now the page has a form with a hidden field to collect stats to differentiation desktop from mobile, and it is also collecting IP address. Is there a way to collect all of that information (desktop vs mobile and IP address) without using a form? Let’s say, is there a way to capture that data in leads from a button and more than one button since there is one in the hero image and one further down the page. Edited to add: We need the IP address to cross reference leads

Drupal, JavaScript and PHP logic

I am working on duplicating a site that was built with Drupal so some aspects of these JavaScript files are dynamically built on each page through PHP logic. For it to work properly, it appears that I need to reference a JavaScript file hosted elsewhere. Is there a way to ensure the PHP logic works properly in the Unbounce page with the Javascript snippets I scraped from the site?

How to access Convertable Leads using the API

Unbounce’s API does not currently support Convertables. We may add this in the future, however it is not on our near-term roadmap. There is a workaround for getting Convertable leads by using the Pages endpoint (see documentation here). You’ll just need to substitute the {page_id} with your {convertable_id} and you should be good to go. Disclaimer: This is not a documented access point as we may decide to use a different endpoint to support convertables in the future. Any changes we make to the API may break this functionality so use at your own discretion.

Database for Dynamic data

Hi. Can any bright spark offer a solution? We love dynamic data. It will reduce our pages from hundreds to a handful. We can insert minimal data from our AdWords. We wish to deliver more dynamic data than AdWords can handle. Maybe 20 parameters such as phone number, address, services etc Can anyone recommend a potential solution, please? We were thinking a cloud hosted database that could return requested fields. Any kind person have any thoughts regarding our options? Many thanks, Carl

Hi, I’m happy to see you’re giving the API an effort now. Looking through the documentation there is stille very few posting options. Do you have a roadmap for new options on their way?
