Unbounce chat support is really a great resource for a question like this. If you log into your account, you’ll see a red/green circle at the top right of your panel. Reach out to them there if you have questions/concerns.

You can also do this manually by going to your “overview” section of your account and selecting “cancel my plan” from the bottom right hand corner.
