Hey @Tom_Higgins, Thanks so much for your message! In this instance I’d probably ask you how big your marketing team was and assess from there 🙂 Are you an Unbounce customer? If you are, then all of the Unbounce customer slots are full for this study at the moment I’m sorry! But if you are not a customer then in this instance I’d say go ahead and let me know your industry and marketing team size and I’ll see if you’d be a good fit! Thanks so much for your interest, at this stage we have filled up all of the slots on those days for Unbounce customers. But if any of you are not Unbounce customers and haven’t used Unbounce before - then please feel free to click into view the actual post and click through to the survey. Hi @beverlym! Yes I accidentally saved the post with a direct Calendly rather than the Typeform, and when I edit the post it doesn’t update the emailed version unfortunately. Thanks so much for doing the survey, this particular study is only happening between December 7-10 and it looks like all the available slots in those dates got snapped up overnight! I’m sorry about that Beverly. We will be doing more studies in the New Year - so keep your eyes peeled! Thanks again for taking the time and hopefully see you in a study next year 🙂 Alyssa

Maybe give that a go and see if it is what you are after 🙂 we have some instructions to go along with it in there too. Please Help: Teaching my students - no form confirmation dialog box

Hey @amy.el.mullen! Alyssa from the customer success team 🙂 It looks like you might have clicked the area surrounding the form rather than the form itself. If you can click within the form area once (so a good guaranteed way is to click one of the form fields) you should see the “form confirmation” drop down which will allow you to choose what you would like to happen when you click the submit button. It will look a bit like this: If you need more immediate help in the future Amy our support team would love to help out! To get in touch with us you can access a live chat feature within Unbounce, or you can phone us on 1.855.435.5151. Why are variants now showing separately in Google Analytics?

Hey @Scott_Bowen! It looks like around April 17th you disabled an old Google Analytics script that was a traditional tracking script from Google Analytics themselves and updated to our Google Analytics script manager integration which is why you are seeing this change 🙂 Our integration with Google Analytics is automatically set up to fire events for the following: Button clicks Text link clicks Form Submissions Variant tracking We automatically append that variant letter so you can easily identify which of your variants is receiving traffic and ultimately so you can figure out which is performing better! Trying to link to other page with Button but I get an error

It’s lovely to have you here 😃 Can I check with you - when you are testing your button are you doing this on the live published page or within the ‘preview’ screen? You get to preview by clicking this button in the corner of your edit page If it is preview you are navigating to, unfortunately a limitation we have in that view is that we are unable to display external URLs - so we get that error that you are seeing. However, if you are finding this happening on your live page though, please feel to send in a support ticket to support@unbounce.com and we’ll be super happy to jump in and have a look at what might be happening here for you. How to make a video play automaticaly on landing page

Hey @joshlevitan! Alyssa from Unbounce here 🙂 I’m glad you got Autoplay working on your desktop version of your page! In regards to iOS and mobile in general - the different OS developers have intentionally disabled autoplay on mobile devices to reduce data usage, and prevent unwelcome or intrusive videos… You can read a good article on this here https://www.aerserv.com/why-does-video-autoplay-on-mobile-devices-not-work/ I suppose on a user experience level it’s nice if they get to click play 🙂 Many Unbounce pages choose to hide the video background from the mobile version, and instead apply a mobile-only background image. How do I use SSL on a CNAME subdomain redirect?

SSL here at Unbounce is automatically enabled on your pages if you are on a Pro99 plan or above 🙂 we do the hardwork so you don’t have to! You can find some more infomation here on this: http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/204756634-Securing-Your-Landing-Page-Domain-with-SSL-PRO- Sometimes life isn’t smooth sailing and if the CNAME hasn’t propogated or if the CNAME record was added after the record in the Unbounce application, SSL can fail. If that has happened just reach out to us at support@unbounce.com and we will be more than happy to look in to what is happening there for you and set it back on the right path! 😃 -Alyssa
