SharpSpring Tracking Through Landing Pages

Hi there, Looking for some help please as I’ve been trying and trying and getting nowhere! We currently use SharpSpring for a client and we’re planning on sending out an email campaign soon with a link to an Unbounce Landing Page. The landing page will include UTM Codes on buttons on the landing page so we can track whats being clicked. The problem we are having however is for SharpSpring to track this click and pull through the parameters from the email. Basically: People who land on this page are coming from an email created in SharpSpring so I want to pass through the information / parameters SharpSpring use for the links in the email. So that when they click on a link on the landing page it is tracked in SharpSpring. I do not want to lose the information from the email once they land on the landing page otherwise i will not be able to track who is clicking etc and it’ll be pointless… Can anyone help? Bug Report - Line Height Overwritten in Nested Span

When line height is applied using a <span>, any child <span> will cause the page-defaults.css to overwrite the line-height with a “0” value. Below is the problematic code. I don’t know if I wrote it or not, but the new Text Editor does not correct it. <span style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px;"> <span style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">Text</span> </span> Many modern browsers appear to ignore this scenario. But IE 6-7 do not ignore it and sets the line-height to 0 (tested using BrowserStack). I have also noticed it on some of my co-workers newer version of Internet Explorer as well. The result is a very ugly broken page: The fix is simple, the line-height needs to be the most inner <span>. This issue does bring up a deeper concern. Unbounce should not be styling text using inline spans. Inline styles is a result of lazy WYSIWYG design. Why don’t we have a way to set page level header (<h1>,<h2>…) and paragraph (<p>

Dynamically Reorder Sections

Has anyone figured out a method to reorder sections using URL parameters? One of my best performing keywords in paid search is “hvac salary”. For this one keyword, I’d like the salary section moved to the top of the page. For other searches, I want this section towards at the bottom. It would be sweet to pass a URL parameter (“SectionOrder=salary”) that would move the salary section to the top! Maybe I can rework the code from the following guide: Creating a Fixed Header/Footer (aka Sticky Header).

How to put a Form in a Lightbox (aka, two step opt-in for click-through page)

Hey all! Anyone know how to program in Javascript to create a 2-step optin process? I’m thinking where the form pops up in a lightbox after the user clicking a button, just like Leadpages does. I am willing to pay for it 🙂 Thanks, Roy

Full Height Header Issues

I’m trying to amend a page I’ve already built by having the first panel be 100% height of the screen. I’ve added the CSS to make it 100vh, but the panel below doesn’t adjust and appears halfway into the top panel. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Issue on Lightbox with a Form

Hi all, Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have a lightbox button directed to a form. When I preview it, I can be able to submit the form and it gives me the confirmation page. But in the live version, after clicking the submit button, it will not direct me to the confirmation page but only giving me this information below. Appreciate your help on this. Thanks, Hazel

Trying to share a landing page on Facebook but the title & description is all wrong

I have edited the Title & Description in the Metadata section in the editor, but when I try to share the page on Facebook it just pulls up the url as the title and the description is a random bit of text from the botom of the page (legal disclaimers etc.) If I have entered the Title & Description in Unbounce, why is it not being pulled by FB?

Image Thumbnail/Preview on Landing Page

Is there a way to have an image appear as a thumbnail on the landing page, and if clicked a larger image displays?  I know it can be done if the image goes to a link, but I was wondering if there was another way.  Almost like when someone fills out a form and it goes to the form submission page, theres that “pop up” page. Thank you!!

Open graph 'image' tag not working for Facebook sharing

Trying to use open graph tags to define the “og:image” that gets shared when user shares on Facebook. Unfortunately no matter what I do I cannot get image to update to the image that I have specified in og:image. It DOES show in Facebook debugger but a random image from landing page is loaded every time 😦 Please help!

Marketo 2.0 Embedded Form - Tracking Conversion on Refreshed Page

Creating looping videos with no controls inside custom containers

Anybody have any idea how to create the looping videos on this page here https://www.fullstory.com/features Is there a way to go about creating these videos and placing them in a slightly slanted container like this without any controls? These are also very similar to the video that Apple use on their website which seamlessly integrate with the page without looking like embedded videos. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! H1 formatting help - unsupported CSS?

Fluid text for semi-responsiveness

I know Unbounce doesn’t support true responsiveness just yet, but I’m wondering if anyone is familiar with a way to get at least text fields to change their width as the user changes the width of their browser window. Whether it be using some CSS in the standard text drop or a Custom HTML box. My page is designed at 1280 wide, so anything above that is fine, but for anyone that is on a lower resolution computer or keeps their browser window narrower than that will not be getting the best experience. So I want to ensure at least some responsiveness.

Why are variants now showing separately in Google Analytics?

I was reviewing some stats on our landing pages in Google Analytics, and I noticed that on Monday, April 17, GA started showing the visits to our landing pages separated by variant. As in the screenshot below, it now shows the URL and the letter for the variant: You can see it in the chart as well, where the regular URL (in this case, “/getting-started/”) is the orange line, then it splits into the green and purple (for variants “h” and “f”). Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi all! On my landing page I use an external form, Formstack and I want to track the form submission click. (Not the thank you page since this landing page is part of a funnel) Is it possible to set Unbounce external goal tracking via GTM and fire it where there is a click on an external form submit button? Convertables: Detail configuration of Exit behaviour

Hey Guys, is there a way I can configure precisely the behavior of the user that is considered as an “Exit behaviour”. I d like to trigger Convertables only after specified num. of seconds of idle behaviour or NOT TRIGGER it when the user goes just to scroll bar on the right which is now considered as an “Exit behaviour” which is not the case really. I wrote a module to post JSON data to ReServe Cloud from our Drupal websites, and now people want me to connect from unbounce landing pages to ReServe.
