Image not showing in mobile version

When I resized the image to get fit to mobile dimensions , Image was not visible  in mobile preview mode or published  page. Image is shown in the desktop version, but not showing up in mobile version.

How do I create dynamic button URLs (destination links) based on URL parameters?

HI -  We’re using a squeeze page at the beginning of our landing page that passes users to a quiz than provides them with an outcome based on responses.  We’ve added Dynamic Text to change the CTA text and button names on the page.  (all’s good here) What we would LOVE to do is to provide dynamic BUTTON URLS (not forms) that would take different users to different places to sign up. Example: 3 different parameters passed through from initial buttons  user=home-owner user=renter user=home-buyer Renter and Home Buyer - contact button would fire a lightbox to connect with my clients (form) Home Owner - contact button would take them to another page to get a property valuation I’m thinking that we should be able to add the parameter to the end of our URL (or subdomain) that we could create?   Thanks - Full experience can be found at www.quiz.luxurychicagoapartments.com/landingpage

Publishing on WordPress - how does it display?

If I use the WordPress plug in to publish to our WP site, will the Unbounce page display just as it does on Unbounce, or will it inherit our navigation header and footer?

Yt background on mobile view

Posting to a webhock URL but nothing is being posted

Hey, I’m trying to post my form to a url using the webhock feature. I believe I’ve set it up correctly in the landing page but when I submit the form it doesn’t looks like it sending the information to my url. To test it, I added a script in the destination url that sends me an email once its being called, and while I submit the form I never receives the email (and so I assume the page never being called). Any advise on how to debug it? Thank you, Oz

Optimizing Mobile text boxes and more

I know about sizing a text box in mobile in order to keep the desktop version constant. In the scaling bar, the starting value is 50, what does that represent? When editing inside the text box, is there anything that does NOT affect the desktop:  font, spacing, styles, line feeds… anything? I recall reading something about holding down ctrl for making something unique to mobile, what was that referencing? I understand that scaling anything seems to NOT affect the desktop. This includes sizing sections. Is there a chart somewhere that lists all the things that do NOT affect the destkop?

Creating a custom error message on form submission to encourage the use of a business email address

Hi there. I am running into a challenge in my B2B campaigns where I’m generating far too many “personal email addresses” from domains like aol.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. In an attempt to improve this, I created a new variant for my landing page where I included the script that referenced here: https://community.unbounce.com/unboun… After about a week of testing I find that my conversion rate is down by about 50% (with a 98% confidence level) on the variant in which I am forcing a business email address. Since gmail, yahoo and other free email addresses are still sometimes legitimate email addresses used by businesses - I’m not comfortable being this aggressive with forcing business email. Instead, what I’d love to do is something very similar to this script where if a user enters a gmail, yahoo, etc. - they get an error that says “Please use your business email address to ensure we are able to follow up with you appropriately. Want to map selected webinar to mailchimp as a date field

To use a welcome automation flow based on a date in MailChimp, I need to map over a date field for the webinar that my guest selects.  I can currently only set up these selection fields as text fields and thus they get an error if I try to map them as a date (obviously).  Is there any work around that you know of? I am trying to avoid having to go in and schedule 2 pre-webinar emails and 2 post-webinar emails that are very specific to the date and time of that webinar…

My lightbox is opening in a new tab/window on mobile - What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to setup my first lightbox landing page on Unbounce. I haven’t tried them before. I was having this issue with both versions initially, where clicking the button opened a new window/tab in my browser when I clicked the button to activate. I finally figured out that I need to add jQuery.Fancybox code to my page to get it to work. I don’t know why this doesn’t get added automatically when you create a lightbox, BTW. At any rate, now it seems to acting fine on desktop but on a mobile device (tested iPhone and iPad) it is still opening a new window. Is this the way it is supposed to work or am I missing something somewhere? I’d also like to note that the lightbox works as expected in the “preview” inside Unbounce… Again makes me think I’m just missing some JavaScript somewhere.

Include LiveChat Inc. Live Chat functionality on Unbounce Page

Mystery Box on form field label

When we create a form in unbounce the First Name field has a strange box around the field label that we can’t figure out how to eliminate. See the attached screenshot for an example. It’s happening across all of the pages we have a form.

Multi-page registration?

Hello- I’m trying to use unbounce for the first page of my multi-page registration. It is multi so I can capture the essential fields on page 1, then try to get more information on page 2. I post to my form processor which inserts the initial fields from the unbounce form into the database successfully. When moving onto page 2, I’m not sure how to tie the two pages together so I can update that specific row with more information? If I could modify http://assets.unbounce.com/m/lp-webap…, then I could pass a identifying parameter into the section: case ‘url’: window.location.href = window.module.lp.form.data.confirmData; Alternatively, I’ve tried creating a php session with my form processor as well, but this did not seem to work. Should I just replace the entire form using custom html? Or, is there a way to do multi-page signups all in unbounce? Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks very much!

How do I add a facebook tracking pixel in my website code

facebook asks me to “Copy the code below and paste it between the < head > and < / head > in your website code. The pixel will track visits to every page of your website.” where do I find the right place to insert the code? This is not a conversaion tracking code, just a pixel code to register visitors from facebook.

Google Font integration not working

I followed the instructions on: http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/203510114-Adding-and-Editing-Text to use a google font for my website. However, it still isn’t working. Even when I go into preview mode to view it, it shows me the default font. Is there something that I’m doing wrong or is there an internal problem? I’ve followed the instructions word for word and can’t seem to figure it out.
