In my landing page form is not enabled. Could you please help me resolving this.

Can you clarify your question, or share your page URL or a screenshot?
Did you manually add a form to your page and it is not showing up?
Do you already have a form on the page? If so, the add form dialogue would be disabled because you can only have one form per page.
