Why do I get '?' sign instead of international (Polish) characters in my landing page preview and upon publishing?

Hi, I’m a new user. I love unbounce, but found a problem that makes it almost unusable for my purposes. I entered international characters (Polish letters) into my newly created landing page. It looks fine on editor, but when I open a preview or publish the page - I’m getting ‘?’ characters instead of all Polish letters. The only one that is fine is ‘—’. The page encoding seems to be fine (UTF-8). I’m using Firefox 3.6.3. That am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot in advance! Piotr Wrzalik

Leads go missing

I have 12 conversions on a low-traffic landing page (of which 1 lead was my own test and another 2 were sent to a dummy page, leaving 9 sent to the shopping cart page). However my visitors seem to ‘‘go missing’’ after they click on the CTA button. I cannot use Google Analytics to track the visitors after the CTA button because they go to a third-party shopping cart and then to PayPal, both places where I cannot apply the GA snippet. What can I do to solve the problem? Maybe someone knows a shopping cart solution (including payment processor) that allows me to track the user? Is this a common problem? If so, does anyone know what’s happening? Right now I am using e-junkie with PayPal. The whole process does seem very user-unfriendly but I have no idea what other solutions there are for selling a download. E-junkie is easy to set up and has very low fees. PayPal accepts credit cards and of course their own payments, plus they have a relatively low fee and no fixed costs.

Cannot link to page anchor

Hello, I know how to add an anchor to a page and link to them but for some reason when I publish the page, the link does not forward to the anchor. Please help! Ed

Cannot add images in to the Image gallery?

I am not able to upload a new image in to the image gallery. Is it because of the addition of too many images or any other reason. If in that case, How can i delete unwanted images from the image Gallery.

Upgraded plan, still showing Unbounce footer credit

Upgraded to paid plan, pages are still showing “built using the unbounce platform” in the footer. I can go make some small change to the page and re-publish, which will likely solve the problem, but that’s annoying and shouldn’t be the case.

Replace Squarespace site with unbounce?

BACKGROUND: I currently have a very simple brochureware-type site that I built with Squarespace (www.gotacontact.com)). There’s one simple call to action on the homepage to sign up for an email list. I’d love to use unbounce for the homepage in order to test sign-up conversion. The templates are beautiful, and would be a huge improvement. QUESTION: I’m unclear about how I would integrate the unbounce page with the rest of the site though. Can I re-create the navigation links (about us, FAQs, contact us, etc.) in the unbounce landing page. Alternatively, can I replace my squarespace site entirely with unbounce?

How do I set HTML top open in new windows?

How do I set non-buttons to open new links in new windows (or set the target to the same window)? More specifically, how do I set text to open in new windows? I see how to do it with images.

Multiple Custom Domains are Here!

Overjoyed to announce that managing multiple custom domains has been released!! If you log in and go to Account => Custom Domains, you’ll see a control panel for adding, changing and deleting custom domains. (no need to write in to support@unbounce.com for help anymore, although we’re always happy to help) We have also released some big changes to our subscription plans today which includes double the traffic limits (unique visitors) for most plans. Depending on your current subscription plan, you may need to upgrade to add more custom domains. Jason M

Possible bug with lead gen background color

My lead gen background color is not changing. When I load the page in a preview, I can see it for a split second, then it reverts to the standard blue background. Is this a bug?

Help with loading html, css, and images

I am guessing this is a really noob question but I have an html & css landing page built by designpax that I want to upload to unbounce and I cannot figure out how to get started on this. I load the html into the custom area and loaded in the css styelsheet but am not sure of the following: 1, do I load all the html into one page section? 2, where do I load the images? if I am just loading the images into unbounce directly, do I need to bother with the html and css?

How to add pages in Custom Domain?

I have added a custom domain in Unbounce and i have created a cname for unbouncepages.com. When i see the settiings it says CNAME Working fine. But i could see 0 pages have added even though i have published a page. Whet needs to be done this regard. Where asm i suppose to link the URL to that particular page.

Show a larger popup preview of template pages

When I’m on the template selection screen, the templates are quite small. I have to actually create the page to see what it really looks like. Having a preview / larger screenshot overlay would make it easier to see what the template looks like.

Landing page as my sole website

can I use my video opt-in landing page as my primary website? My thinking is that I can perpetually optimize it while I am building a list and i won’t really need anything else. I looked thru the FAQs and don’t quite understand how to get the Unbounce page under my domain.

Template Customization screen failed

Just spent some time customizing a template. I had pressed the save button. Continued editing, the save button did not come back up, and when I tried to leave hoping that as I worked it had saved my changes all my work was gone.
