Hi, I don’t believe you can embed a WordPress plugin on an Unbounce page, as they are two completely separate ecosystems.

But you can easily create a contact form using the Unbounce forms feature, and then send those submissions to whichever email address you want, or integrate it with a number of contact management systems.

Just curious, was there a feature of a particular WordPress forms plugin that you’re looking for that isn’t availible with the Unbounce forms?
