Back buttons

Is there a quick way to have a button send the user BACK to the page they were on before they hit the landing page?

Is there a way to link to anchor name tags in-page?

Best example would be placing a link at the bottom of a long sales page to the top of the page. Or at the top, linking to a spot halfway down for a particular product. This is normally done using anchors like “#product1” or “#top”. Thanks! Buttons: text auto-centered creates design issues

Since we’d like to drop our Paypal button into the sales sheet, doing so inside of the button we’ve created would be ideal. Since the text can’t be aligned towards the top or side, it creates an awkward design challenge to do so. Maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t see a way to move the text within a button.

Publish from editor. Preview custom code

Publishing from inside the Editor would save me a TON of clicks. Also, since you don’t let me test the custom code I’ve dropped in (Paypal button, for instance), I have to go live with it before it’s finalized - not cool. Makes for wonky public page because I need to see where the button ends up so I can move it around, etc.

The unbounce branding tag

The tag at the bottom. Any plans to let us remove it, or make it a lot less conspicuous? I very much understand the need from your end, but if we use the tool a lot, all of a sudden we have “Built Using the Unbounce Landing Page Platform” everywhere. I’m wondering if: a) a smaller, color customizable tag/image might be used, rather than a footer bar - which btw means we now have a double footer in our site, b) a fee to remove - ning does this for like $5 to allow owners to self-brand, c) cross promo type stuff; we’re considering a “we love working with these companies” destination (largely because we want to support other startups and local firms). Lots of thoughts for before lunch:)

Front/Back Issues are maddening

The front/back buttons just don’t work. It is absolutely maddening, and really slows things down. I duplicate a button, or a text field, and the duplicate just won’t take front position via anything else on the page. I duplicate a custom code box, and it does the same thing. Driving me crazy!! Thanks guys.

Buttons with style

Give buttons more love. The buttons you offer are orange and nicely rounded, styled, etc. The button is otherwise a bit flat…maybe give us an option to change the orange to another color, but still use a more visually appealing style?

Custom domain isn't working?

I’m baffled. The DNS is right (I’ve done this 100 times) and the Unbounce panel says the domain is working. Yet, I’m getting a dead page. Tis my girlfriends URL: http://www.brilliantlifedesign.com Would love some help, thanks.

CSV Column Order?

All my CSVs are download with columns in a different order than the form. Reason? The first question on my form is not the first column in the CSV I download and this is really messing with data collection.

Allow me to add people to multiple groups on Mailchimp!

Say I’m running a mailing list (D’s Awesome List), and have Product 1 and Product 2. I make a landing page for Product 1, use a form asking for email/name, and set up the integration with MC to put those leads on D’s Awesome List - Group = Product 1. Then, next month I set up a landing page for Product 2, email D’s Awesome List to see who wants it, using a form asking for email/name, and set up the integration w/MC to put those leads on D’s Awesome List - Group = Product 2. This would let me launching Product 3, aimed only at people who didn’t buy Product 2, and accurately segment out who I should email. Isn’t this the whole point of segmenting? PROBLEM: When I do this via Unbounce I get integration error messages which tell me no data is sent to Mailchimp because the person is already on “D’s Awesome List”. I know that already. I want them to be added to “Product 2” Group!

The scripts widget UX is a real pain now

I believe on the last UI upgrade you changed your custom HTML widget to a more code-specific input, which puts the code on one line, in many cases. ie dropping in Twitter/FB widget codes means you get one long line of code running off the window. In the past it would wrap. https://skitch.com/dshanahan/g7tay/un… I can chop it up by placing breaks in the line of code, which is a hassle… When I’m copying variants but want to change the social sharing messages this becomes a real time waster. a) auto-wrap the code or b) let me resize that window (less desirable)

Pricing Landing Page

You know I’ll always be suggesting features that probably doesn’t fit with your primary use case, but go take a look at your Pricing page. It’s gorgeous, and that page is one that almost every web startup has to come up with. I would LOVE to be able to grab a template looking like that and build a landing page.

Hm…putting a link/button into the form confirmation doesn’t actually work? Upon submission, clicking that link doesn’t do anything. ?

Text editor lags a little bit (very minor)

The text editor is a little buggy; it displays behind the editor one letter behind the user’s typing. When I type ‘I am awesome’ the page is showing ‘I am awesom’, so sometimes I type the letter again, hit ‘close’ and have a double letter.

Can I change the URL of a page I've made?

I set up a sales page and originally called it ‘distributor pitch’, but with it live I definitely don’t want that to be the URL…customers probably aren’t going to respond well to landing on a page called unbounce/distributor-pitch. How do I edit/rename? Thanks!

Collecting information/sign ups - can we input our form code?

We’re hoping to put up a placeholder page which would include a sign-up for our newsletter/beta invites. Right now we’re using the form code for our provider (madmimi) - can we set something like this up within Unbounce? If not, where are those signups going to end up? What will they see after they hit ‘Submit’?
