Passing UTM Param to TypeForm Embed

I use TypeForm for a survey and have it embedded on my page. Works very well. I need to pass UTM code into the TypeForm embed. So if my Unbounce page were called with: https://go.mydomain.com/page.html?utm_zone=Z98 it would read: data-url="https://philipmeese.typeform.com/to/tBv5mF?utm_z

VALUE / TEXT type form option

On another PageEditor platform, there is a value/option form item that allows you to have a single-select/multiple-choice list where it displays certain text, but when selected the payload is different. Here’s a screenshot of that. In the example below, the option displayed to the user is “Tuesday August 22…” but when that item is selected, the form submit contains “08/22/2017…” Is there anything like this on Unbounce?

Pre-Fill Forms on User's Browser?

Yesterday, I went to a site that had a form on it, and the fields for my name, email address, City and State were already filled in with my info. Does anyone know how they might have done that? I looked at the page code and it was built with another LP builder product. It’s possible I may have visited one of their sites before and filled in a form with that info, so they may have the info stored somewhere. Would there be a way to do that in Unbounce?

Changing colors of input form items

Modifying text URL parameters before display by Dynamic Text?

I have a URL parameter that I’m using in a Dynamic Text item. That’s working perfectly, but I’d like to do a small regexp edit on the string. It has “tok1 tok2 tok3 tok4 tok5” and I only want to show the first 4 tokens. I’m not steeped in JS but I’ve cobbled together the following. Can anyone help to get this over the goal line? My two questions: Is the code below suitable for use as in the page script area? How do I actually access the variable that’s holding my “event_date” string URL_PARAM_VARIABLE.replace("/(\w+)\s(\w+)/", $1 $2 $3 $4); //only keep 1st 4 tokens Suggestions?
