Show Form Confirmation, Then Redirect

Bumping this because I cannot find any other way of doing this. So here is my demo page: http://unbouncepages.com/redirect-tester/ The page with the searching gif is actually the form confirmation lightbox. What I’m trying to do is to open up my ‘results’ page in the same lightbox as the form confirmation lightbox. Is this actually possible? I know if you put a button in your form confirmation and select ‘same target or window’ it opens in a lightbox (P.S. bonus tip I’ve picked up - if you put a ‘is your phone number actually correct’ button in your form confirmation and redirect people to a ‘resubmit your details’ form you can gather a few more leads which otherwise would’ve been lost!) This script redirects to a whole new tab. Bing Ads Conversion Tracking Help

Hi Cwarren. It took me ages to work out how to track bing ads as well. Basically these are the instructions you need: [Tips & Scripts] Setting up Bing conversion tracking in Unbounce Tips and Scripts After burning an embarrassing amount of time of trying to decipher @Dan_Kavanagh’s steps, which I ultimately could not follow (full disclosure: I am a marketer, not a developer), I tried @Lawrence_Howlett’s approach, and I can confim it does work. I tested it with a live Bing ad. It’s a much more efficient way to enable Bing conversion tracking. In a nutshell… Install your Bing UET tag on your Form Confirmation Dialog box, in the Javascript section. Be sure to select “Head” as the placeme… So in a nutshell here is what you do: Go to Bing ads. Create your UET Tag. Copy and paste that code & install that on the pages you want to track (make sure to select head). Also install that on your form confirmation dialogue page. Now go back into Bing ad

Appending form data on a multi-page form

I tried skipping the two pages with the automatic redirect scripts to see what would happen (i.e. turning it into a regular multi-page form). It carried the postcode to the final step but dropped the other answers. It’s not the worst thing in the world because I would have all the details I need to work the leads on my end. The problem are those automatic redirects. I wonder if there’s a way to modify the script in a way that appends form data over (and UTM paremeters)? If you think you might be able to work it out, would this be a something I could discuss with you via a PM as a job? Thanks.

Thanks for those links! I think this is all beyond me unfortunately I installed those two scripts on each url in each step and it still isn’t working 😦 I think there’s something fundemental that I’m doing wrong and I don’t have the technical knowledge to proceed. I think maybe loading new pages would kill conversion rates anyway. I wish Unbounce could make building multi-step forms like this simple. Oh well 🙂

Hi Matteo. I’m afraid we are talking about two different scripts. My script is the original one of this thread & yours is the one posted by Caroline right? I’m afraid I don’t use the multi-step form you are trying to set up so I can’t help you! P.S. I do recommend using the multi-step form (the one this thread is supposed to be about!). It’s brilliant & easy to set up. Scroll all the way to the top and try it out.

Ahhh. I see. No, you create the back and next buttons yourself. You can style them however you like. When you create the two buttons you have to find their ID’s & make sure that is what’s in your script. So here’s my back button : back button.PNG966x305 86.8 KB Here’s my next button: next button.PNG848x274 47.6 KB And you can see I’ve put those in the script here: multi-step script.PNG977x127 7.61 KB This is what it looks like when it’s up and running: I’ve just pointed out a couple of other things I’ve done. I’ve but a box around the progress bar and I’ve changed the colour of the step counter to match the styling of my page. The box is as simple as creating it and arranging it behind the form in the right spot. Changing the colour is in the script. It’s here: In that picture you can see that you can also change the progress bar colour (the from: & the to: values).

[How To] Add A Multi-Step Form 2.0

Have you made sure the back button & the form button are away from each other or are not layered on top of each other? I would try dragging your back button well away from the form submit button and trying that to see if the problem persists.

Landing Page Feedback for PPC

I’m also in the hearing aid business. I’m in the UK which is a country where my potential customers can skip the private sector entirely and get them for free! This means you have to work very, very hard to get people interested in you. I won’t go into fonts & colours & stuff. I’ll offer more (my personal) general advice which I hope can get you the leads you require: Learn about dynamic text replacement. there’s lots of documentation on it on this site. This is the key to getting 10/10 quality scores across the board. Structure your adwords account very, very carefully so it doesn’t go wrong! Personally, I have 6 ad groups, 5 of which have dynamic text replacement. The ad groups are based on different types of hearing aid searches (e.g. invisible hearing aids, hearing aid prices, hearing aid brands etc). The keywords you use have to be exact match if your using dynamic text. The last one I’ve called general which hoovers up all the other keywords and has no dynamic text repla

SIngle landing page used by multiple sources

Cool. Thanks Kyle! I’m going to do a bit of both then - create seperate landing pages and use UTM parameters so I know where they have come from when I receive the lead! I’m having a mild problem according to the facebook pixel helper. It’s fine until I submit the form - then a yellow triangle says this: PageView WARNINGS The Facebook pixel activated 2 times on this web page, which can cause errors in your event tracking. I’ve just tried it again by removing fbq(‘track’, ‘PageView’); on the form dialogue JS leaving only fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’); but it’s just done the same thing. The yellow triangle is next to page view. Any thoughts on why that might be happening or is this what it’s supposed to do after the form submission buitton has been pressed? Thanks!
