OAuth Token Renewal

Closing the loop on this one… there isn’t an API endpoint for revoking tokens. This is something that users need to do from within the app.

Possible to get all Pages via API?

Hi @Cool_Dev In order to get all pages, you’ll need to use the offset parameter to paginate through the pages until you get to the end (when you get fewer results than your limit, you’ll know you’re on the last page). There currently isn’t any way to filter based on updated via API.

Integrations Inaccurate

Hi @mhoskison, This is a known bug in the API. TLDR; that endpoint won’t give you an accurate count of the number of integrations. There is a potential workaround - if you’re ok with consuming an endpoint that’s not technically part of the public API (but is publicly accessible). The usual disclaimers, of course: it’s not “officially supported”, may change in the future, etc. Try sending an HTTP GET to /pages/:pageUuid/integrations, with a valid API token and that should return information about the integrations configured on a given page. There’s also a query-string param that can be used to look for specific types of integrations (type=webhook, for example). So, for example: curl -u <api key>: "https://api.unbounce.com/pages/<page id>"

Unsubscribe Unbounce account from a developer OAuth app

OAuth tokens are revoked by the user from the application side, on the API Access screen. To get there, click on the dropdown in the upper right (next to your user name), select Account Management. From there, click on API Access in the left nav bar. You should see a list of all your API keys and OAuth tokens. To revoke an OAuth token, click Delete Access Token.

Hey @vweiac, That OAuth token doesn’t have an expiration date! Unless the token is revoked by a user, it should be fine to re-use (I have tokens that are a couple of years old that still work). H.

POST delete leads - NOT WORKING

Hey @ippaiva2, That particular endpoint is a bit tricky to use and unfortunately, the API docs probably don’t do as good a job explaining things as they ought to. As you noted, the delete leads APIs are restricted to Account Owners only. But there’s a little catch with that - API keys can’t have “Account Owner” role. This is a limitation of the way authorization is currently implemented and not some crazy business rule. But the end result is that you won’t be able to use that endpoint with an API key. It will work with an OAuth access token, however, if that’s something that works for you. Cheers, H.

Get leads from Popups via API

Hey @Tomaz_Bratanic, That API endpoint should work the same for landing pages, pop-ups, and AMP, though it is true that the API documentation doesn’t mention pop-ups explicitly. The ID you should be using ({page_id}) is the same ID as the one you see in your browser when you’re in the app. So for example, if you’re trying to fetch leads for: https://app.unbounce.com/12345/convertables/b6dae5e5-fabd-4498-8174-21ec776c1c28 …then the URI for your API call should be: https://api.unbounce.com/pages/b6dae5e5-fabd-4498-8174-21ec776c1c28/leads Note that this is not the the same as the UUID you see in the embed code.

Hey @dirk123, I’m one of the devs on Arnaud’s team and we’re responsible for most things Leads-related. Based on your use case, we don’t currently have an alternative endpoint that will do what you need - you’ll have to iterate through each page on each client, as you described. You might be able to speed things up a little if you make some of the calls in parallel (keep in mind there is a rate limit on our API, tho’). If you’re willing to consider a non-polling approach - you could flip it around and create web hooks on the pages and push data out to your own service. I know of one other API user that’s doing that. Hmm…hard to tell what they mean by “the setting is in the Unbounce API” without a bit more context. Regardless, if you can give me an idea what the outbound HTTP call should look like (cURL, api docs, whatever), I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Webhook in API forces "opt-in=false"

Hey @DanKnowlson, I’m not at all familiar with the Klaviyo API - could you give me an idea of what the API call would look like (i.e. payload, query string params, headers, etc.). A cURL command would help me figure out what is expected (or if you have a link to the API docs, that would be good too). Web hooks are pretty general-purpose things. A concept like “opt-in” would be specific to whatever API you’re hitting. If the API allows you to set the opt-in via either the HTTP payload or query string parameters, you should be ok. Cheers, H

Hey @Kevin_Peters, Hmm…yeah just noticed that we don’t seem to be returning that variant_count on any of the endpoints, so unfortunately that’s not gonna help us in terms of finding a workaround. I’ll file a bug for it. Unfortunately, there isn’t a sub-account-level “get me all the leads” endpoint. I suspect this is a really common use case - fetching leads for a certain time window on a regular basis. This is where Digest by Zapier is kinda cool because (iirc) you can configure the Zap to deliver the digest on any time window you want.

Hmmm… Is this just a script that makes and API call to fetch some data and write it to the DB? Just throwing out some ideas: if you can deploy a web hook endpoint, you could configure a web hook integration and get each lead written to your DB as they are received if you use Zapier, you might be able to use a Digest action and maybe upload a file somewhere that can be consumed by some script that can write each record to the database. E.g. Unbounce -> Zapier Digest -> Upload file to Google Drive

So ultimately you’d like to get all leads for all pages in a sub account? How frequently do you want this data? And where is that data going to (e.g. is it feeding straight into another system, or exported somehow?)

The team does have a ticket in the backlog to address this, but at the moment, it’s not looking like we’ll get around to fixing the problem for a few weeks. API timeout

@Hristian - if you’ve got a page id (uuid) for me, I can take a look. Also, are you passing any additional query string parameters (e.g. date range, limit, sort, etc.)? There is a known issues for /leads where it can time out if there is a lot of data. In any case, probably better if we take a look make sure there isn’t something really obvious that we’re missing. BTW, if you feel more comfortable doing this over DM, feel free to DM me. H.

Hi @ggnabasik, Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do for you in the near term, but it I can look into getting this into our product backlog - but first, let me see if I have a clear understanding of your use case: you want to be able to reconcile leads sent to HubSpot against leads received in Unbounce to do this you need some identifier that can be used to correlate the two data sets your expectation was that you’d be able to do this using the lead id, but since that’s not actually being sent over to HubSpot (it’s not even mappable), that approach doesn’t work for you Does that sound accurate? Regarding fields that you’d like to be sent but currently aren’t being sent - like User Agent, etc. - the only thing I can think of as a potential workaround is a custom script on the page combined with hidden form fields. I know of at least one case where that combination was used to inject a tracking field, which would be sent with the form submission and then dispatched to a web hook (w
