Hello Unbounce Community 👋

We have some very exciting news to share. As you already know, the Unbounce Community has been a source of help and support for our customers for many years. Well, over the past few months, we have been hard at work behind the scenes developing a new and improved Unbounce Community, which is set to officially launch in May. 🚀

We will be migrating off of our current site to an enhanced community platform, which unlocks much more functionality, improves usability โ€” and looks slick!

As we finalize this transition, the existing Unbounce Community will become read-only as of Monday, April 11, 2022 until the launch of the new platform in early May.

During this time, this community site will remain live. You will still be able to view all published content but will not be able to post anything new. Once the new Community site is ready to go live, this URL will automatically redirect to the new version of our Community. You will receive instructions on how to log in to the new site at that time.

What will be different about the new Unbounce Community?

So glad you asked. Weโ€™re taking the Unbounce Community to the next level by adding valuable featuresโ€”in addition to discussion forums and Q&Asโ€”like sub-group interaction, events, gamification, thought leadership, customer and product feedback, and more.

Our aim for the new Unbounce Community is to offer one central hub for Unbounce customers and marketers to learn, connect, share ideas, and grow smarter together. In addition to providing you with the tools to build a wildly successful business, we also want to create a place to help you learn and discuss marketing trends, connect with others to share best practices, and build a trusted network.

What will happen to all of the existing community content?

Not to worry! We have worked carefully to migrate over all content from our current platform to the new community platform. Rest assured that the valuable information in the existing Unbounce Community will not be lost.

What will happen to my existing Unbounce Community account?

We will also be migrating all active user profiles from our existing community platform to the new platform. Active users are defined as anyone who has published a post, commented on a post, or liked a post OR anyone who has logged into the existing community in the last two years (January 1, 2020 onwards).

You will be required to reset your password on the new community platform in order to activate your account and will receive instructions on how to complete this process if you are an active user as defined above.

Where can I ask my questions while the existing Unbounce Community is on read-only mode?

Check out the Unbounce Help Center or reach out to our Unbounce Support team, who is always happy to answer your questions.

For any questions related to the Unbounce Community, please reach out directly to: community@unbounce.com

We canโ€™t wait to welcome you into our new Unbounce Community, where we will help you to build your business, make connections and grow smarter together. Thank you for being here with us. 😊
