Real estate agent landing page

Hi! I launched a landing page for a local real estate agent and I only have one serious lead using Facebook and Adwords out of 200 visitors…Is that normal? Does switching to https have an adverse effect on SEO ranking?

I am considering switching to the https secure urls for my landing pages and I was wondering if that could/would have an adverse effect on my SEO rankings. We’ve been building our SEO rankings over a number of years and I don;t want to have this become an issue. I intend to try a test campaign using a secure url just to see if we would get a lift in conversions. In the meantime I’d like to ensure that the switch won’t hurt our SEO rank.

Best practices for a 'get a demo' landing page

Hi everyone, We’re in the IT industry. When a lead comes in, we suggest him to book a free demo of our software, followed by a free trial. We’re currently running PPC campaigns and for that designed a ‘get a free demo’ landing page, but it didn’t convert much (15%) and no one ended up doing the demo after all. On the other hand, we tested a ‘Get a free trial’ landing page and it did convert better (23-25%), but the problem is we don’t want our lead to access the software without a demo for we know that he’ll have a much better experience with the software if he has a demo prior to his trial, and therefore he will be more likely to convert to a real client. So I was wondering if there was best practices out there for designing a ‘get a demo’ LP, or any opinion/advice/experiences…related to that? Thank you a lot.

Viral Referral Tracking

Hi there I’m loving Unbounce! By far the easiest platform for building site with no coding experience. Even better now that we can create responsive pages. For my landing page i’m wanting to incentivise users to refer friends by offering $5 credits. In order to do this I need to give users a unique code after they signup that they can share and we can then track. I’ve found several services that cater to this functionality, but many are quite pricey. Can anyone recommend anything to help achieve this functionality.
