I can understand your frustration. Auto-save is a pretty common feature for web based software these days and it is definitely something we have on our list of features and improvements. Unfortunately, at the moment, I can’t give you any definitive timeline for when we are likely to get this done so all I can really offer at the moment is our apologies that you have experienced this issue.

I can say your concerns are taken seriously and we will chalk this up as a “plus one” for this feature.
