We haven’t seen any server issues on our end Today, although we did notice a few hiccups yesterday which have since been patched.

Can you give me a bit more information about what time this happened? Are things still off and on now?

Hi Justin. The pages were simply not responding, or at times very slow. Seems to be all ok now though. I had a few desperate moments there 😉

Hi Finge - we received a handful of other support tickets from European customers reporting similar issues. Our dev team let me know that they saw a period of degraded response times (up to 20 seconds) but everything seems to be back to normal now. They’re currently investigating to figure out exactly what happened.
