Hi Phillip - While you can drag around the form to any location, you can’t move the individual form fields freely on your page in Unbounce, so the only way to do this would be to rearrange the fields using CSS, which could get pretty complex. It looks like Luke was coding his forms from scratch, rather than using a form editor.

If you can find a 3rd party form tool that lets you set fields free form, you could embed it into Unbounce pretty easily using a custom HTML object–I actually had a look around and had a hard time finding a tool that gives you this kind of layout flexibility though.
