Currently, it is not possible to publish or unpublish pages automatically. It needs to happen manually. 

Have you also considered the UX impact on unpublishing the page. If you still had traffic going to the page, the visitors will just see an error that the page can’t be found. 

It might be better to switch out the page or, at least, adjust the copywriting to state that the service/offer has expired.
