I want to integrate Unbounce with a Salesforce system, but the direct API integration only works to generate users of type “Lead”. I need these people to be imported as type “Contact”.
Is this on the roadmap or perhaps a quick fix? It’s a must-have to implement Unbounce in this scenario.
Hi Michael! Sorry we don’t yet have support for adding contacts instead of leads. I’ll add that to our list of integration improvements, but I can’t promise a quick fix. However, I did just successfully test using Zapier to create a contact in Salesforce via an Unbounce form submission webhook. Would you consider that as a solution for now? Hope that helps…
