I have created a click through landing page that I’m pretty happy with. My CTA button on that page is asking potential patients to schedule an appointment. Short of putting a scheduling form on the page (which I would rather not do), is there a way to set up a form that I can link to from my CTA button? How would I go about doing that?

Hi Keith - your best bet for something like that is to open your scheduling app in a lightbox.
I’d recommend following the steps in the article at http://support.unbounce.com/entries/3… that explains how to open a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service etc. in a lightbox. The process will be almost identical.
One thing to keep in mind is that the script in that article will only trigger the lightbox from a text link. If you want to trigger the lightbox from an image instead, use the code that Carter wrote in his comment at http://support.unbounce.com/entries/3…
