My unbounce page was working great. But, it is no longer working, and I didn’t make any changes to the project.
Right now, when a user submits the unbounce form, the data is not collected, I am not contacted, and the conversion/views/visitors count does not increase.
Is there something wrong with the unbounce server?
Hi Ryan, so sorry for the hassle. We had a temporary database replication issue that delayed statistics collection and form submissions for about an hour. It’s all up-to-date now, though, and you should now see your test data and form submissions. Let us know if your data isn’t up-to-date!
No problem, we received the delayed data. I was worried that we would lose submissions, but you’ve proven that you have a reliable service.
