Depending on the code required by the chat software provider, you should be able to include it on your Unbounce page. If it is just an HTML or Javascript code that needs to be placed on the page, you can do this in either a custom HTML element or via the Javascripts section of your page (you can find more info on that here: http://support.unbounce.com/entries/5…).

If you already have a chat provider and you’re having any issue with their particular embed code, please let me know here or give us a shout at support@unbounce.com.
