Unfortunately, this is not currently possible within Unbounce. I’ve added it to our issue tracker for now. I hope we’re able to implement it soon for you!
An alternative that might work for you is MailChimp’s paid “Social Pro” integration:

you can try rapleaf.com/mailchimp. the ui is not so great, but it will give access to rapleaf data via mailchimp (and extend your customer objects in mailchimp with rapleaf age and gender data).
