Hey guys,
I wanna do the design on a webpage the same as in the attached image: by default all icons to the left are (+) and when i click on a question it reveals the answer in a paragraph under the question and instead of a (+) there is a (-)
Any way i can do this on here?

The short answer - you can’t. These are expandable/collapsing elements which don’t play nice with the way Unbounce pages are put together in the backend.
You can look into custom coding this with HTML/CSS/JS as described here: jQuery Accordion.
My advice would be to adjust your design and find an alternative design treatment for this section of your page.
