I’m looking to create a similar effect to this unbounce template on Themeforest:

You’ll see that there’s 2 images with parallax effect.

How can I replicate this?

Hey Marco - Our EMW designer achieved this with some custom JavaScript and CSS. As it’s custom code, I hope you’ll understand we’re unable to share with you the exact details. That being said, there are plenty of jQuery parallax plugins around. With a little JavaScript wizardry you should be able to achieve a similar effect.
