Hey Francis - This is really dependent on the video player you’re using. It looks like your using Wistia for this particular page.


Wisita does allow you to set the volume of the video, but only by using their ‘Playlist API’ which requires familiarity with javascript. If this is something your comfortable doing take a look at their documentation below
