If you have a account with a particular service you can use them to send a receipt email.
We have several integrations with some services built in that do this. You can see a list from your pages overview screen

Hi Boris - If you’d like to send a confirmation email to anyone who fills out your form, you’ll need to use a dedicated email marketing client. Luckily, Unbounce has direct integrations with several of those: MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, ConstantContact, and ActiveCampaign.
The Unbounce integration will push the form fill information straight into the email marketing client and then all of those email providers can send an automated autoresponder email confirmation.
