Hi Alex, 

It all depends on what kind of code your tracking script is written in. The general rule of thumb is that it’s easiest to use the Global Script Manager to save the tracking code and apply it across all pages on a specific subdomain. 

From the menu on the left-hand side choose: 1. Settings > 2. Script Manager > 3. Add Script (Big green button on the top left side of the screen)

From there you should be able to add your code and choose where you want it included.
