Hey Sean,

The HTML validator will warn you when there’s a possible error in the code but that doesn’t mean the code won’t run on the published page. I’d recommend saving and publishing your page then seeing if the form works as expected once published. If it doesn’t, your best bet is to reach out to the company that produced the code for you as they should be able to identify any errors.
