I am looking for a script that will add a ‘status’ on the ‘Leads’ page which will be a hidden field. The status will depend on the dropdown value after submission.

For example:

1. Dropdown value is ‘Apple’ then the hidden field value in Leads will be ‘Fruit’


2. Dropdown value is ‘Carrot’ then the hidden field value in Leads will be ‘Vegetable’

Let me know if this is possible. Thank you!
