Hi Everyone,


I’m having a problem installing my live chat feature on my Unbounce page.


This is the same live chat that I have on my homepage, and the exact same code, given to me from my programmer. I put it in the JavaScript section. But the live chat image is just not showing up.


Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Hi Barry - What live chat service are you using? If you can share any other additional details as well it would help the community narrow down the issue.


I’d be glad to take a closer look myself and see if there’s anything out of place. If your interested just submit a support ticket.

Never mind. I got it to work.


I just had to enter it as a custom HTML, instead of putting it in the javascript section.
