Tracks conversions not just at keyword level but also at placement level.
So i can see which sites/placements i’m bidding on the display network are converting?

Does anyone know what i can use to track organic conversions Ð is it goals?

Yes, AdWords conversion tracking will track conversions from any AdWords keyword, placement, audience, auto target, etc.
You’re right that it won’t track conversions from any other source (organic, referral, direct).
You can use Google Analytics to track conversions from all traffic sources and visitor segments (devices, geography, time of day, new/returning, etc.)
