I am creating a form which requires users to input two postcodes, and then be directed to an external website URL.


When a user submits the Unbounce form, they need to be passed on to a URL similar to this:


https://www.website.co.uk/send-a-parcel?from=cv36lx&to=sa708tq#/


However, when attempting to do this on Unbounce, it does not let us. Please is someone able to help or create some custom code/Javascript so that the form URL will work?

This might be stating the obvious… But are you using the “Post form data to URL” option when you’re editing the form in the builder?


You’ll also want to check the box to “append form data”

We did try this but unfortunately it didn’t work. However, we have now been able to add some custom Javascript to the page to get this to work 🙂
