I am on Chrome Mac…
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing incorrectly?

Ok Lou from customer service fixed the problem… it was to do with the speed at which the double click on the mouse was set. She was a fabulous help, gently navigating around my ignorance until we fixed the problem. Big shout out to Lou
