Dynamically sending form results based on zip code entered

Hello there Unbounce Community! First post for me. Thanks in advance.

My page is http://www.alertcomparison.com/

When a form submits, I need it to reference some sort of table that determines where the form information will be emailed to (based on zip)

We essentially need the page to be smart in matching form fills to the right people to handle them (based on zip).

Any ideas of how that could be accomplished within Unbounce?
