Currently, when you add Custom HTML you get a gray rectangle that has a generic “Placeholder” message on it. The problem is, when you have several of these custom HTML modules, it can be confusing which one is which. It would be nice if we could create our own custom placeholder label.

Great idea, I actually mocked something up a long time ago to show at least a preview of the code that was inside of the custom HTML widget like so:



But like you say, just an editable label might be enough.


Yeah, especially since a developer might be handing this off to someone in the marketing department (that might not identify what the code is or means). If I could simply put a label like “Chat Module” or “Dynamic Date” on my custom code placeholder, that would be great.
