Hi, I have a contact field on my landing page, and when I publish it to different domains, it looks different. On http://unbouncepages.com/(my URL) it looks right, but on my own domain it is all garbled up, please see my landing page: http://www.sensotest.info/tidningskampanj/
How can I fix this!? There are supposed to be five fields.

It looks like your forms are fine on my end. Is this an issue that you’re still experiencing?
