I am trying to add some custom j-query to my form so that whenever someone selects their preferred contact method as “email”, then the email field becomes required, and then if they select “phone” then the phone field becomes required.

Here is the closest I have gotten to finding a solution. . . . Please help!

the “#best_form_of_conact” drop down has 3 options: phone, email and no preference.

Hey Jeff - for something like this you may want to consider embedding a 3rd party form like Wufoo or Jotform instead. They should have pretty advanced form customization features to help you set that up.


You can then embed the form in Unbounce as a s not the answer you were after but I hope it helps you do what you need.
