We need to create landing pages which can assume dynamic values for 2 level verification as in OTP verfication. So if a user comes on unbounce, submits his info and after that OTP is generated; would a landing page be able to verufy the person on the basis of that value and confirms his identity?

It is possible in theory but you’ll have to be comfortable writing your own back-end scripts and the necessary front-end adjustments.
The service you’ll be using for the OTP code would probably have documentation and general guidelines on how to set it up.
